集散控制系統(tǒng)(DCS)簡(jiǎn)介
DCS,即所謂的分布式控制系統(tǒng),或在有些資料中稱(chēng)之為集散系統(tǒng),是相對(duì)于集中式控制系統(tǒng)而言的一種新型計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng),它是在集中式控制系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展、演變而來(lái)的。在系統(tǒng)功能方面,DCS和集中式控制系統(tǒng)的區(qū)別不大,但在系統(tǒng)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法上卻*不同。
首先,DCS的骨架——系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),它是DCS的基礎(chǔ)和核心。由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)于DCS整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性、可靠性和擴(kuò)充性,起著決定性的作用,因此各廠(chǎng)家都在這方面進(jìn)行了精心的設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)于DCS的系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)說(shuō),它必須滿(mǎn)足實(shí)時(shí)性的要求,即在確定的時(shí)間限度內(nèi)完成信息的傳送。這里所說(shuō)的“確定”的時(shí)間限度,是指在無(wú)論何種情況下,信息傳送都能在這個(gè)時(shí)間限度內(nèi)完成,而這個(gè)時(shí)間限度則是根據(jù)被控制過(guò)程的實(shí)時(shí)性要求確定的。ARM55D-000模塊因此,衡量系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能的指標(biāo)并不是網(wǎng)絡(luò)的速率,即通常所說(shuō)的每秒比特?cái)?shù)(bps),而是系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的實(shí)時(shí)性,即能在多長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間內(nèi)確保所需信息的傳輸完成。系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)還必須非常可靠,無(wú)論在任何情況下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信都不能中斷,因此多數(shù)廠(chǎng)家的DCS均采用雙總線(xiàn)、環(huán)形或雙重星形的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)。為了滿(mǎn)足系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)充性的要求,系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上可接入的zui大節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)量應(yīng)比實(shí)際使用的節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)量大若干倍。這樣,一方面可以隨時(shí)增加新的節(jié)點(diǎn),另一方面也可以使系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行于較輕的通信負(fù)荷狀態(tài),以確保系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性和可靠性。在系統(tǒng)實(shí)際運(yùn)行過(guò)程中,各個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的上網(wǎng)和下網(wǎng)是隨時(shí)可能發(fā)生的,特別是操作員站,這樣,網(wǎng)絡(luò)重構(gòu)會(huì)經(jīng)常進(jìn)行,而這種操作不能影響系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行,因此,系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)該具有很強(qiáng)在線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)重構(gòu)功能。
其次,這是一種*對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)I/O處理并實(shí)現(xiàn)直接數(shù)字控制(DOS)功能的網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)。一般一套DCS中要設(shè)置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)I/O控制站,用以分擔(dān)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的I/O和控制功能。這樣既可以避免由于一個(gè)站點(diǎn)失效造成整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的失效,提高系統(tǒng)可靠性,也可以使各站點(diǎn)分擔(dān)數(shù)據(jù)采集和控制功能,有利于提高整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的性能。DCS的操作員站是處理一切與運(yùn)行操作有關(guān)的人機(jī)界面(HMI-Human Machine Interface或operator interface)功能的網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)。
系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是DCS的工程師站,它是對(duì)DCS進(jìn)行離線(xiàn)的配置、組態(tài)工作和在線(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)監(jiān)督、控制、維護(hù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn),其主要功能是提供對(duì)DCS進(jìn)行組態(tài),配置工作的工具軟件(即組態(tài)軟件),并在DCS在線(xiàn)運(yùn)行時(shí)實(shí)時(shí)地監(jiān)視DCS網(wǎng)絡(luò)上各個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的運(yùn)行情況,使系統(tǒng)工程師可以通過(guò)工程師站及時(shí)調(diào)整系統(tǒng)配置及一些系統(tǒng)參數(shù)的設(shè)定,使DCS隨時(shí)處在*的工作狀態(tài)之下。與集中式控制系統(tǒng)不同,所有的DCS都要求有系統(tǒng)組態(tài)功能,可以說(shuō),沒(méi)有系統(tǒng)組態(tài)功能的系統(tǒng)就不能稱(chēng)其為DCS。
DCS自1975年問(wèn)世以來(lái),已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了二十多年的發(fā)展歷程。在這二十多年中,DCS雖然在系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)上沒(méi)有發(fā)生重大改變,但是經(jīng)過(guò)不斷的發(fā)展和完善,其功能和性能都得到了巨大的提高。總的來(lái)說(shuō),DCS正在向著更加開(kāi)放,更加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,更加產(chǎn)品化的方向發(fā)展。
