• 開箱驗(yàn)收時，如發(fā)現(xiàn)附件、備件與裝箱單不符，請及時與我公司。
• 在設(shè)備安裝試車前，應(yīng)仔細(xì)閱讀說明書，詳細(xì)了解使用說明書各項(xiàng)條款，包括安全操作，調(diào)整說明等。
• 對于與設(shè)備使用、操作無關(guān)的部分，一般不要輕易拆卸或隨便調(diào)整，以免損壞設(shè)備，影響設(shè)備使用壽命。

該機(jī)為矩形結(jié)構(gòu)，雙向輸入傳動比大，傳遞扭矩大，工作平穩(wěn)，安裝方便定位準(zhǔn)確，長期連續(xù)工作可采用循環(huán)油潤滑。

• 結(jié)構(gòu)組成

本機(jī)由矩形箱體、蝸桿、蝸輪、T型絲桿或滾珠絲桿及各種組件組成。

三、 使用與保養(yǎng)：

    機(jī)器必須安裝在具有強(qiáng)度的基面上，絲桿安裝時的中心線必須垂直于基面，絲桿上涂以足夠的潤滑脂。斷續(xù)工作時箱內(nèi)加足夠的潤滑脂即可，連續(xù)工作在一小時以上時可用循環(huán)潤滑油潤滑，箱內(nèi)溫度在70°C左右屬正常現(xiàn)象。建議輸入轉(zhuǎn)速在800轉(zhuǎn)/分以下時發(fā)熱更小、壽命會增長。

機(jī)器不允許無潤滑的情況下運(yùn)行，以免損壞機(jī)器。

經(jīng)常檢查箱內(nèi)及絲桿的潤滑脂。

Precautions

• In case any spare parts do not match the packing list, please contact our company ASAP.
• Before installation and test, user shall read the instruction carefully. User shall understand of the use of the specification, including the safe operation, such as adjustment instructions.
• User shall not remove or adjust any parts of the products without confirmation from our technicians. Any adjustments to the products may affect the life expectancy of the equipment.

Product and Applications

1. The lift is used for the lifting of the platform mechanism, the fastening of power source of the clamping mechanism, and the positioning of the worm gear and worm drive mechanism.

2. Structure Features

The product is a rectangular structure, possessing great two-way input transmission ratio, as well as great transmission torque. The product works smoothly. In addition, the product has convenient installation method. It has accurate positioning. Long-term continuous work can be used for circulating oil lubrication.

This product is made of rectangular box, worm, worm wheel, T type screw or ball screw and other spare parts.

Use and Maintenance Instructions

The product must be installed on a solid ground. At installation, the center line of wire rod must be perpendicular to the base surface, and grease shall be coated on the screw rod. At Intermittent work, sufficient amount of grease shall be added to the working box. At continuous work for more than one hour, circulating oil lubrication shall be added. Standard temperature inside the work box is 70°C. Recommended rotation speed is 800 revolutions per minute. At such speed, the lift expectancy will increase. The product is not allowed to operate without lubrication. In addition, check the grease box and wire rod at a frequent rate.
